The Jewel Box®
Handcrafted in Vermont Since 1978
In 1978, a young couple opened a tiny repair shop in a converted barn in Burlington, Vermont—fixing broken clasps and restringing pearls for neighbors who couldn't afford to replace their treasured pieces.
Customers kept asking if they could make something new, too. So they did—one ring, then a bracelet, then a necklace—each piece handcrafted at the same wooden workbench where they'd saved so many family heirlooms.
Three generations later, The Jewel Box is still family-run, still in Vermont, and still believes that jewelry should be built to last a lifetime and fixed when it breaks—not thrown away and forgotten.
