In 1994, a young mother sat at her grandmother's vanity in Charleston, clasping a strand of river pearls worn at three generations of weddings—and decided she wanted to make jewelry that families would pass down, not throw away.
She started at a card table in her sunroom, selling her first pieces at the Saturday farmers market. Today, Clover & Pearl is still family-run, still assembled by hand, and still made the slow way—by hands that believe the best things in life are meant to be kept and passed on.
